Halloween decorations are fun and festive but can seem daunting to purchase when you are on a budget. Halloween is one of the easiest times to make your own decorations though because they are supposed to be scary.
• Scary Window Silhouette from black construction paper, trash bags or cardboard
• Floating Ghosts from old sheets
• Creepy candle jars. Use old jars, black spray paint or markers and add battery operated tea lights.
• Spider webs from trash bags. Black trash bags, cut like you would a snowflake.
• Paper or painted pumpkins. Use paper grocery bags, stuff with old newspaper tie them at the top and paint faces on them. This is especially fun for kids.
• Cardboard Tombstones. Cardboard boxes, gray spray paint and black markers -Keep them out of the rain 🙂
• Repurpose old decorations and old costumes.
